noisy air-conditioningbroken promise

i found some aspects of my stay less than perfect. the air conditioning unit in the silksand double or twin room was quite noisy. it blew directly onto the bed. temperature control was thus quite uncomfortable at night. also, the promised manager contact never materialized. i was disappointed that i never heard from management after being told someone would speak with me regarding the pool situation.
